1. Do you do custom projects?

~ Yes, we do custom projects depending on your budget, space requirement and design.

2. How much for a customized product?

~ Since everything is customizable, the price depends on the size and design you want.

3. Do you have a standard price list?

~ Yes, we have standard prices for our standard designs. Send us a message to inquire.

4. Do you deliver to Visayas & Mindanao?

~ Yes, via Sea Star Cargo, a door to door delivery courier that takes 2-3 weeks of lead time.

5. How long is the lead time when I place an order?

~ Standard items have 7-21 working days lead time. While custom pieces have 30-60 working days lead time.

6. Why do you have such long waiting time?

~ Our production take time since we always want it to be served as advertised with quality. Also, Each item is unique since it is handcrafted by our workers. Expect minor flaws at times (no one is perfect).

7. How to order?

~ You may send us a direct message on Instagram for orders. You may also fill out our order form for an easier process. 

8. What are your mode of payments?

~ BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Paypal, Gash, Unionbank.

9. What are the terms of payment?

~ 50% down payment for order confirmation, 50% full before delivery

10. Is shipping included in the price?

~ Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer via Lalamove. Grab, Etc.

11. Are the mattresses water resistant?

~ Yes, they are! It's also scratch resistant.

12. Is the mattress machine washable?

~ We recommend that you hand wash our mattress, since the water resistant fabric is already fixed to the mattress. If you want to have it machine washed, you may purchase an extra sheet with zippers.

13. Are the bowls included in your bowl holders?

~ Yes and they are stainless steel.

14. How to avoid my pet from chewing the wood?

~ Dogs really love chewing (based from our own experience) and we really can't avoid that. Best is just to tire them out by playing and chew toys that are safe! Also, that is why we have acrylic products so that it won't trigger their chewing habits.

15. Are elevated feeders really necessary?

~ Some vets may suggest them, some might not. This really depends on your own preferences. 

16. Can we request a special packaging for gifts?

~ Surely, we'd love to pack items for a gift. Tho this will have an additional fee depending on the size of the item. Since we don't really package our items for Metro Manila deliveries to minimize single use waste.

17. When will you have promos?

~ We rarely do promos and giveaways. Better stay tuned if we do!

18. Do you have Shopee?

~ Yes, we do! Tho we are not that active there.

 19. Where can we see your catalogue?

~ You may browse here or thru our Instagram highlight "style guide" and "highlights" section for easier viewing of items.

20. Do you have a physical store?

~ We have partner retailers that carry specific items. Browse the "retailers" highlight to check them out. We also have a workshop and HQ near Banawe (we sometimes have items there for display only)

21. What's your working hours?

~ We're at the Workshop/HQ every: Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm

22. Can I pick up my order?

~ Yes, you can. We'll send our exact location after order confirmation. 

23. When's the exact date of completion for my order?

~ You may count 30-60 working days(holidays & weekends not included) from the order confirmation day.

24. Why is my order delayed?

~ We only have limited workers working on different projects everyday. We also make them by batch to be more time efficient. Lastly, we do not control the situation of why our suppliers deliver the raw materials late.

25. Why don't you hire more people?

~ Although we'd love to give more jobs to our local craftsmen, we want to minimize people that we manage to maintain quality in each product. We are very hands on.
