Shop Guidelines


- Estimated completion time is 45-65 working days upon down payment. WEEKEND & HOLIDAYS not included. Delays are inevitable for every handcrafted piece. 



- 50% down payment for order confirmation  (send proof of payment). DP is non-refundable, NO cancellation on orders especially custom pieces. 🙅🏻‍♀️ 50% full payment before delivery via chosen courier (Grab, Lalamove, Sea Star Cargo, Bus Station Pickup etc). We require full payment before having the items shipped. 



- Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. Pickup at our HQ(near banawe QC) is also available Monday-Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm ⏰



- Our space is limited and storage fees will be applied up to 10% of the total invoice price per week if the remaining invoice balance is not paid in full and/or shipping arrangements have not been made within ten (15) business days after being informed that the order is ready. 😊



Final order details are sent for confirmation and client’s approval. The 50% down payment sent to us will be considered as approval of the final order detail. We will no longer tolerate further miscommunication, failure to read or due to buyer's remorse. 


ALL finishes are applied by hand and may vary in color, tone, and character. While our brand will make every effort to match a finish, we cannot guarantee an exact match on each item. 💯


Throughout the years color fading and oxidization might occur as a part of the material’s natural process of aging. Some products may have marks, minor pitting, porosity, and small color anomalies. These are the distinguishing traits of our HANDCRAFTED products. 


The Pet Project does not warrant: changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to humidity. We do not guarantee finishes against fading and/or oxidizing throughout the years. Variations in color and veining are inherent in metal and considered to be part of the natural beauty of the material.
